if conscience was worth it's measure in time,
i'm sure we'd be on the mark.
if perspective answered the phone when it rings,
i'm sure it would begin to talk.
magnitude would find it's guilt
for hiding in the past.
there unto would change be free
of chains bound to ego and caste.
home, says perspective,
is not in my field.
for home is definite, steel.
home is the songbird
and i am the decoy
